RADSCHOOL  REUNION.

2016.

Our last reunion in 2001 which was also held in Brisbane was very successful, this reunion is shaping up as equally enjoyable and exciting. (Have you still got the 2001 T-shirt?  We are having one made for this reunion too, so later we'll ask for your size etc.) So far we have over 50 expressions of interest and anticipate many more will join us.

We are trying to keep costs down so many of the planned events are “pay as you go,” this gives people the flexibility to choose and also minimises organisational hassles.

SO. If you know of mates who would like to attend please give them a nudge to contact us. Click HERE to see the names of those that have indicated they will be attending.

The reunion is open to everyone who went through Radschool during their RAAF career.

AND if you have photos, memorabilia, old radio bits and pieces please let us know as we are planning a static display (p.s. we already have an ARC 51 thanks to Kev Rosser). Photos/\/ideos  should include as names of people, identification places, year, description etc.)

ALSO we will have a trivia quiz with humungous prizes, so please submit your own multiple choice question and answer, eg what is the filament voltage of a 5Y3, A 6.3, B 6.0, C 5.0, D 2.7

We are hoping to march again on ANZAC day (as we did in 2000) under the Radschool banner, this is subject to numbers and RSL approval. After the march we have been invited to join the combined RAAF Vietnam Sqns at the J Budda (formerly city rowers) .

LET US KNOW.  To assist with planning the sooner you can let us know what events you wish to participate in the easier and cheaper these events will be. If you will have transport available for car pooling please advise for event travel.

We look forward to seeing you at the reunion, further updates and amended lists of attendees will be advised via the website and e-mail.

Regards

John Broughton,  Mal Sayers.
