The top photo was taken at Archerfield (Brisbane) at the beginning of the course. Some people joined it at the BFTS stage at Uranquinty. By then it was down to about 18 members and at the end of BFTS, down to nine. The second photo (above) was taken at at East Sale and was known at No 2 SAFTC - Jet ("Number 2 Sample Applied Flying Training Course - Jet)". This was the only complete group to do the Vampire Course at CFS, and the seven remaining were the only course ever to Graduate from AFTS at East Sale.
